I purchased this book once before a long time ago, and then lost it. I made the Fettuccine alle Carote e Scampi, and for a person that does not cook, it was one of the most delishous meals that I have ever had. A high quality dish, it made me feel as though I was a chef. (Actually, maybe there IS hope for me,yet!) I can't wait to try the other recipes.The book is soft covered. I originally had the hard cover book, but no matter, the same recipes are there so I am excited to have it.
